- Provide 24/7 armed response services for a period of 1 year:
- Monitor premises remotely using an alarm system.
- Provide armed response if an alarm is triggered or panic button is activated.
- Inspect the yard and outside the building when responding to an alarm (Sentech to provide padlock for gates).
- Supply and install radio unit for armed response:
- Enable remote monitoring at the control room.
- Integrate current camera system to the control room.
- Install security signage:
- Warn people of the security company's existence.
- Patrol and escort services:
- Patrols and escorting of Sentech personnel to site on request.

Major Constraints or Risks
- Administrative Responsiveness: Failure to meet all criteria (including submission on company letterhead, timely receipt, full completion, and signing in BLACK ink) will lead to non-evaluation.
- Evaluation Criteria: Bidders must meet all mandatory evaluation criteria and supporting documentation to be evaluated further. Failure to do so will result in non-evaluation.
- Price Adjustment: No adjustment in contract prices will be made unless written approval from Sentech has been obtained.
- Confidentiality: Tenderers must treat RFQ terms and all Purchaser's confidential information as confidential and not disclose it to any third party, except for RFQ purposes with prior written authorization.
- Collusive Bidding: Any indication of collusive bidding will lead to disqualification and potential reporting to regulatory bodies.
- Supplier Database Registration: Suppliers providing quotations must be registered on the Sentech Supplier Database.
